The purpose of the study was to suggest the housing information online required by consumers of housing transaction. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from September 10 to 24, 2021, and the sample consisted of 525 respondents living in apartment complexes in Seoul and capital area. The survey was organized with the contents of internal housing facilities that require information when transaction of apartments. 1) apartment status information, 2) type of facilities in housing, 3) ease of requiring necessary in house facilities information. The results were as follows : In order to determine housing live in, consumers need information on the characteristics of each facility and the timing of replacement that can know management status of the house. These include piping (water, gas, heating, drainage), electrical wiring, finishes and windows, built-in electronics and furniture, and sanitary appliances. In addition, due to the high-end and smartization of apartments, it is necessary to provide accurate information on the built-in devices and home appliances included in the new apartments when transaction. Based on this, consumers of housing transactions can receive accurate and objective information to make reasonable decisions.
