This study focuses on foreign workers among various types of migrant foreigners. Many factors can influence the satisfaction of living in Korea. We would like to focus on the living environment, which is one of the important food and shelter environments as a human need for survival. In the meantime, perceptions of them have tended to be seen as productive aids needed for tough jobs. Considering the plight of foreign workers, the housing conditions of foreign workers in rural areas are poorer, and they often face relative difficulties in terms of living and living standards. We presented the importance of the housing environment in the life satisfaction of foreign workers and empirically analyzed the effect of the housing environment on life satisfaction. In addition to a literature survey, a survey of these subjects examined the actual state of the housing environment, the level of understanding of housing policies, and the satisfaction with living in Korea. Furthermore, focused on qualitative evaluation through in-depth interviews. As a result of analyzing the influence of the residential environment by dividing life satisfaction and the intention to continue living in Korea. It was found that both the comfort of the residential environment and the accessibility of living amenities were significant, confirming the importance of the residential environment.
