Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the consciousness of residential environment improvement project for residents living in maintenance area. Based on this, I would like to help the data to clarify the contents to be considered in the future residential environment improvement project. For the analysis, we surveyed the residential environment satisfaction level and the residential environment satisfaction level by individual attribute for the residents in the current residential environment maintenance area. In addition, this study examined the interest in the maintenance business and the intention to resettle. In summary, the relationship between resettlement intention after completion of maintenance project and recognition of maintenance project was found to be resettlement as the overall understanding of the maintenance project and the general awareness of the project, such as whether to attend the information session or training. Thus, this study revealed that residential rearrangement projects in locations covering metropolitan areas and their suburb areas have positive impact on resolution of the doughnut effect and supply of houses based on the overall analysis of procedures implemented for areas in Daegu which were legally designated to be rearranged as part of the administrative effort to improve residential environment and secure houses and investigation of public awareness for residents living in such areas.
