A Perception of individual variables on Housing Price in Housing Policy 주거정책에서 개별적 변수의 주택가격에 대한 인식 전망

Abstract

Recently we have a great interest in housing policy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting housing prices and to reduce housing anxiety in the long term. This is to derive housing stability and predictable housing policy by stabilizing housing price. The research method was to analyze the data of the survey of the National Statistical Office. The Financial Supervisory Service and the Bank of Korea 2020 Household Financial Welfare Survey Table. The effects of the individual variables set in the research model were analyzed through logistic regression analysis. The data analysis was conducted using the statistical program SPSS 21.0, The factors affecting the housing price outlook were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: Householder's gender, age, residential area, occupational status, education level, occupancy type, housing type, debt holding, assets and the method of operating extra funds were found to have a significant impact on the housing price outlook. The study suggested the necessity of housing policy to predict housing stability and housing price by analyzing the effect of individual factors on housing price.
