A Study of Factors Affecting Real House Price Volatility

Abstract

The causes of volatility in real estate prices can be analyzed by inflation, rent, and expected price increases, and real house price can be summarized by real rents and expected prices. Until now, the grounds for use in the previous studies that applied the real house price, and the cause studies were insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons for the use of real house price and the main variables. The implications of this study are that household loan rates and real estate consumer sentiment have a profound effect on real house price, and real estate stabilization policies can help stabilize market prices, on the other hand, they can affect real estate consumer sentiment. Recognizing the fact is beneficial to the timeliness and effectiveness of the policy.
