A Study on the Importance of Residential Selection Factors in Daegu City : Focusing on resident consciousness

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relative importance and priority of residential selection factors for Daegu citizens to help decision-making when choosing a residence, and to provide basic data on the supply of housing that meets the needs of consumers and the installation of convenience facilities for residents. As for the research method, after extracting the housing selection factors of previous studies, the stratification analysis method (AHP: Analytic Hierarchy Process) by questionnaire was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the proportion of convenience facility factors was higher than investment factors and the school district was low in Daegu citizens' housing selection factors. Those with an average monthly income of less than 3 million won selected the management factors spent in daily life, those with less than 3 to 5 million won selected convenience facilities, and those with more than 5 million won selected the investment factor as the most important factor. The results of this study are judged to be of great help in the creation of residential areas that reflect the characteristics of consumers when implementing urban regeneration projects.
