University Students’ Needs for Community Facilities and Current Status of Happy Housing Community Facilities in Jeollabuk-Do 커뮤니티 시설에 대한 대학생의 요구와 전북지역 행복주택 커뮤니티 시설의 현황

Abstract

In order to propose a desirable community facility plan for happy houses located in provincial city, the university students in Jeollabuk-do were surveyed on the community activity programs and types of facilities desired by young people. And the status of community facilities in happy houses was analyzed. According to the survey, they were interested in self-improvement and exchange with neighbors, sharing goods, parenting and family-oriented activities. Based on the results, community facilities for happy housing may be proposed as follows : Fitness centers, coin laundries, and senior citizen centers should provide independent space. If necessary, it is necessary to plan a multi-purpose room for use as an exercise space, or a multi-purpose room with water drainage and soundproofing facilities for meetings, cultural lectures, paintings, and cooking activities. Therefore, multi-purpose rooms provide one or two depending on the number of households and operate efficiently to cover the costs. It is worth considering taking care of children or putting the functions of children's playrooms and study rooms into the community cafe until late hours. Daycare centers, etc. need to be supplied in batches in neighbouring complexes or local units. Also, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of residents, regional characteristics, etc.
