Abstract

As the urban regeneration which is subsidized by the government enters its fifth year, the government is considering sustainable urban regeneration after the end of the government subsidies. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has proposed a ‘town management cooperative’ as a solution and will be established nationwide as an alternative after the end of urban regeneration projects. Residents of the area will establish a town management cooperative to manage their villages and create jobs within the village to create their own better living environment by themselves. The purpose of this study is to derive the necessary factors to create a sustainable and practically operational start-up base for the town management cooperative. Through the literature survey, this study analyzed the characteristics of social economic organizations in urban renewal areas and analyzed the indicator cases for diagnosing social economic organizations to derive categories and derive detailed diagnostic factors.
