Abstract

The purpose of the study was to derive maintenance targets and essential information in dwelling unit of apartment The data for the analysis was collected through an online survey method from September 13 to 30, 2021, and the sample consisted of 400 respondents living in apartment complexes. It targets those who have lived in apartments and repaired them due to damage, failure, or aging of facilities. In this study, facility items in unit housing were derived by dividing them into items that require daily maintenance and maintenance items if necessary. Daily management items are built-in home appliances and home network devices that are closely related to the real life of residents and are inconvenient in case of failure. Safety and security devices such as door locks and fire detectors are also included. Basic information on devices and facilities necessary to provide maintenance services that can be handled when a facility fails was also presented.
