- 1. Publication including the Journal of The Korean Housing Association 6 times a year, the proceedings of academic conferences twice a year, academic magazine (“Housing”) twice a year.
- 2. Academic conferences being held: twice a year (spring and autumn)
- 3. Academic seminars, forums and exhibitions
- 4. Site tours to domestically and internationally recognized residential buildings and complexes
- 5. Open lectures on key housing issues targeted for industries and joint meetings for Industry-University-Institute collaboration
- 6. Grant of a certificate of qualification called “Certified Housing Environment Professional”
- 7. Operation of research projects or services
- 8. Publishing academic books on residential living and environments
- 9. Voluntary activities for housing welfare and services
- 10. Construction of on-line Housing information system (in process)
